  • Check email frequently. 

  • Don’t forget to utilize your resources: your school counselor, the guidance website,  teachers, parents, Common App/Naviance, etc.

  • Refer to the Senior Check List.

  • Attend a "Senior Meeting" with your school counselor. 

  • Say “thank you”; thank your recommender(s) in person or by sending a handwritten note or email.

  • Continue high academic achievement. Colleges reserve the right to rescind your acceptance if your performance significantly declines.

  • Keep your counselor posted on your college decisions.
