The Elmwood Park Board of Education, in an effort to reduce costs, allows for the use of district buses for approved student activities. Club advisors and school administrators can request using a district bus for approved student activities by filing an application with the business office. The business office will review and consider distance, road conditions, impact on normal district operations, and estimated travel time for requests. Please remember that the primary purpose of district school buses is to transport students to and from school.
In the event that your request is not approved, please confer with your building principal and consider travel arrangements either by charter bus or with the vendor providing school buses as per the approved district contract.
