February 7, 2013:  9am - 11:30am, 1pm - 3pm
February 8, 2013:  9am - 11:30am, 1pm - 3pm
March 4, 2013:      9am - 11:30am, 1pm - 3pm
April 8, 2013:        9am - 11:30am, 1pm - 3pm
May 6, 2013:         9am - 11:30am, 1pm - 3pm
June 3, 2013:        9am - 11:30am, 1pm - 3pm

Registration after these dates will not take place until July 8, 2013 and will continue throughout the summer break.

Get Involved


Free immunizations to students, up to age 18, with no health insurance coverage or insurance that does not cover the cost of vaccinations. Those families waiting for Family Care are eligible for clinic services as well.        
All of the mandated vaccinations for students are available. ( including Meningococcal and Tdap)  

Clinics are held twice per month by appointment in the clinic room at the Municipal Building.
