Technology Procedures During Shutdown

***UPDATE*** Effective on Monday, May 4, 2020, the location for all tech appointments will be moved to the High School Gym Lobby. This can be accessed by the entrance on Elm St. across the softball field. Please refer to the map below.

The Technology Department will be available during the closure to address and resolve technical concerns including issues with learning devices.


All issues and concerns should be directed to the Mojo Helpdesk portal located at http://epps.mojohelpdesk.com/. This portal can also be accessed on the round Help Desk button (under the “Our Mission” section) on the front page of the school website, and can be accessed by any web-enabled device including smartphones. Tickets created in Mojo Helpdesk will be responded to promptly.


For physical issues with school-issued devices (Chromebooks or iPads) or issues that can not be resolved remotely, a face-to-face meeting will be arranged by a technician via a response through Mojo. These meetings will take place in the High School Gym Lobby by appointment between the hours of 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. This can be accessed by the entrance on Elm St. across the softball field. To minimize any disruption to the remote learning environment, students will be given a loaner device if an issue cannot be resolved on the spot.
Please be mindful that we will be practicing social distancing measures to minimize contact and help keep everyone as safe as possible during our appointment.
